Our First Time In Sydney

So after almost a year in Australia, we finally went to Sydney! Hahaha I know, crazy right? We had a great time there so I’ll cover what we saw and attach photos from our trip. Our flight was super quick (and cheap) and the weather was pretty chilly compared to our current home Brisbane. Brisbane is a lot more tropical with its weather, so it’s pretty humid and hot up here compared to Sydney. While there we saw the typical tourist spots like the Opera House, Sydney Harbour and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour, Bondi Beach, Manly Beach and Coogee Beach. We also walked around the city, went out to dinner in Surry Hills and stopped into a few parks. We stayed about an hour outside of the city up in the hills suburbs and the traffic was not ideal (a big reason why I could never live there). Overall Sydney was a beautiful city but I actually prefer my much smaller Brisbane hahahah. Big city life is not for me. Not to mention that Sydney was crazy expensive for real estate and just living in general. Happy we went and got to see such a beautiful city though 🙂 After we got home, we had to move out of our apartment because our lease was up so it was a pretty hectic weekend afterwards. I did a whole vlog of our trip and our apartment move so keep an eye out for it. We leave on the 31st for our next destination which you guys will find out soon enough!! Vlogs will be happening definitely for this trip. We were going to do 2 or more countries for this trip but since we are leaving Australia for good we have about 6 suitcases to bring with us and checking baggage between countries was going to be extremely expensive and annoying so we decided on one place we really wanted to see and we can’t wait to share it with you. Stay tuned!
